The inductive charging of vehicles enables an easier and more comfortably dealing with electro mobility, because the previously required electrical wire and associated problems disappear with that technology. The vehicle simply needs to be placed in the right place in order to ensure an automated energy transmission – no further action by the driver needed.
Furthermore, our system BEDÜSI is suitable for the public charging infrastructure because unlike other systems, interoperability is ensured by the air gap between the static and the mobile plate.
A feed that is connected to the public power grid or solutions such as a solar carport generates a high-frequency current which is fed into the electrical winding of the static plate. For that reason, a magnetic field is generated that couples into the winding of the mobile plate and induces an electrical voltage. After rectification of this voltage it can be used for charging the battery.
